does anyone know the legal amount of weed aka pot to have on your person in texas without getting arrested ?

i heard it was 1 ounce and if you have lower than that all you get is a ticket

can someone clear this up for me?

If you are planning to play games and carry just under some amount and plead with the cop, the cop will say "I don't have a scale, take it up with a judge" and you will be arrested anyway.
Reply:In most states the amount is under 20 grams, anything over that is arrestable. You should (if you are) stop using it because its bad for your health and will hurt you in your later years. Not to mention will get you arrested and limit you in the type of jobs you can be hired for once you have a police record. So all in all it's a lose/lose situation.
