ok heres how to start!

Apply a Base to the eye lib... i am using my conseler! Apply all over eye's!also consile under the eyes!

next! useing a purple ( im using lorel plum ) (Any medium purple will work)

next apply a medium green with the inner corner of the lid( i used a sea weed green)

next apply a Shade of Gold( I used pot of gold from LA Colors)

Next with the M.A.C 266 brush blend it in....ONLY blend the purple and gold!!!

Next with a light brown liner line you're water line..

Next apply 1 coat of rimmel london double lenght mascara.......



to get that just had a popcycle look apply a light to medium shade of pink lip gloss...to help that saty apply you're powder foundation!!!

Top with a clear lip balm!

and i don't see why you'd put on powder last.. and lip balm over lip gloss.

and light to medium pink[especially] lipgloss won't make you look like you've just had a popsicle. for that look, you need bright reddish/fuschia lipstick, and only in the middle of your lips, then dab with a tissue.
