My lil sister asked me this question?

well. my lil sis smokes weed when ever shes with her bf.

I know, how dumb she is. But i cant say that since when i was a teenager, i smoked once. And lately she told me shes not a virgin anymore. I was very shocked. But then i was very happy with her, since the her bf ( which i truely trust him ) loves her so much, and want to marry her one day. But she told me that her teacher said that if you smoke it would hurt the females eggs.

And shes so scared that when she do get pregnant, her baby wont be normal. She told me guys a make new sperm, so its not a big thing for them. but girls on the other hand is different. So she asked me. how long does it take to make sure your eggs are heathly. she told me she'll stop and shes waiting how long, to make sure its clear.

Reply:uh if shes that worried why doesn't she just stop smoking weed??
Reply:Well there is no definitive evidence that weed affects either the eggs or the fetus. It does affect sperm count. But if she wants to get pregnant she should probablly stop smoking weed and so should he. But if she accidentally did there is very little chance that anything will go wrong. I'm not condoning it but she shouldn't be freaking out.
Reply:Hah. Coming from someone who was a very heavy pot smoker, including when I was pregnant the first time, it won't harm the eggs. Trust me, if it does, my children would have horns and tails.

which could cause the baby to have down syndrome or a number of other things....



it takes about a month for weed to get out of your system so that it wont show up on a drug test....so uh a couple months and it might not hurt anything.
Reply:Think about all the babies born to mothers who had a lot of fun in the 1960s. They're not all deformed... They're fine and 30+ yrs old now.
Reply:it doesnt harm the womans eggs but it does lower than man's sperm count and makes them slow making it harder to get pregnant

I have a friends that got pregnant and did that stuff! I personally don't do drugs. But, her baby came out fine and smoked the entire time she was pregnant still loves doing it. Her baby is now 3yrs old. When you take a drug test it should be out of your system 30 days. She needs to take care of her self if she really wants to think about having a baby one day!!

I am not sure how long you'd want to wait to get cleaned up.
